O Homes founder Chris Oleksyn began honing his entrepreneurial skills working within his family’s business in Saskatoon. After learning various keys to establishing and running a successful business from family mentors, Chris moved into property management. He eventually struck out on his own, buying and renovating rental properties.
Chris’s experiences renovating Saskatoon homes ignited a passion for building with superior craftsmanship and materials. After custom building his own and several family members’ homes, O Homes was established in 2006. The operation continued to expand over the past decade, branching out into renovations and rental homes, building both custom and spec homes, as well as taking on additional property management.
Regardless of what aspect of the business it is, Chris demands commitment to superior quality, and sets his business apart by putting clients first. The success of O Homes has resulted from completely satisfied clients that refer O Homes to friends and family.
Building a home can be a stressful and trying time for most people. As a real estate agent I see this almost everyday.
